4. User Responsibilities

- Ensure that someone is present with the vehicle at the agreed-upon time, unless otherwise arranged

- Cooperate with our operators and follow their reasonable instructions

If negotiation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before pursuing any other form of dispute resolution.
If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Orange City, Florida, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
